All products sold by Carrick Customs are intended for off-road use only. These products are not designed, tested, or certified for use on public roads or highways. Any on-road use is strictly at the purchaser’s and/or user’s own risk and responsibility.
Assumption of Risk
The purchaser and/or user expressly acknowledges that the installation and use of aftermarket vehicle components may affect vehicle handling, braking, suspension geometry, and overall safety. Improper installation, misuse, or failure to inspect and maintain modified vehicles may result in serious bodily injury, death, or property damage.
By purchasing and/or using Carrick Customs products, the purchaser and/or user voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with vehicle modification and product use.
Installation & Vehicle Modifications
Carrick Customs strongly recommends professional installation by a trained and experienced installer. Carrick Customs is not responsible for installation errors, vehicle modifications, or compatibility issues, including but not limited to cutting, welding, drilling, or modifying factory or aftermarket components.
Vehicle modifications may:

Void factory or third-party warranties

Create unsafe operating conditions

Require additional supporting components not supplied by Carrick Customs
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrick Customs shall not be liable for any:

Personal injury or death
-
Property damage
-
Vehicle damage
-
Labor costs
-
Towing, downtime, or loss of use
-
Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Carrick Customs’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Warranty
Carrick Customs warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

Improper installation
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Racing or competitive use
-
Off-road abuse
-
Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by third parties

Damage to coatings or finishes
-
Damage caused by misuse or neglect
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Carrick Customs. At our discretion, we may repair or replace the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned products must be:

New and unused
-
Uninstalled
-
Unmodified
-
In original condition
No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact Carrick Customs prior to returning any product. All returned shipments must include the invoice or have the invoice number clearly marked on the box.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
