The factory track bar on the 2005–2016 F250/F350 4x4 is one of the most well-documented failure points on these trucks — and the aftermarket replacements aren't much better. We've seen OEM-style aftermarket ball joints fail in as little as 3,500 miles. This track bar eliminates the problem entirely.
We've removed the factory ball joint on the axle side and replaced it with a custom 17-4 stainless uniball housing and an FK Teflon-lined uniball — built for the kind of durability and precision the factory setup never offered. The frame end gets machined threads (no weld joint) and an FK Teflon-lined heim joint. The result is a track bar with zero slop, zero deflection, and a direct fix for the death wobble these trucks are notorious for.
Geometry is maintained. This bar is designed to preserve factory track bar angle relative to the drag link, so there's no bump steer introduced at any point in the suspension travel.

Important – Aftermarket Ball Joint Note If your truck has had an aftermarket ball joint installed (like Moog or anything besides Motorcraft), you will need to select the Oversized Uniball Housing variant at checkout. Aftermarket ball joints typically open the axle bore by approximately 0.010", and the standard housing will not fit correctly.
